Your Apprenticeship Gateway & EPA Journey

As you near the end of your apprenticeship, you’ll go through the Gateway Process, which confirms you’re ready for the End-Point Assessment (EPA). This is your final assessment to demonstrate the skills, knowledge, and behaviors you’ve developed, please see below which standard of the apprenticeship EPA process you require.

Once you pass Gateway, you’ll complete your EPA, which may include practical tasks, discussions, exams, or project work. Your final grade will be Fail, Pass, Merit, or Distinction. After internal checks, your results are submitted for certification, marking the successful completion of your apprenticeship.
